NPMA is happy to announce a bigger, better location for all classes. Starting October 3rd, all classes will be held at MBD Martial Arts, 1673 E. Oakton St., Des Plaines. This is just half a block east of our current location. The kickboxing class will move to Wednesday at 7:00. The Arnis classes will stay at 7:30 on Tuesday and Thursday.

Norwood Park Martial Arts is proud to announce that Sensei Karen Callahan has been promoted to 4th degree black belt. In addition, both Kieran and Maire Dempsey have been promoted to 3rd degree brown belt.

On Wednesday, June 22 at 7:00 p.m. Norwood Park Martial Arts will be hosting a Fight Like A Girl Level I women’s self-defense seminar at the Westin Hotel in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Registration by June 20th is required to attend.
