Karen Callahan

Karen Callahan is a forth degree black belt in modern arnis. Additionally, Karen holds a second degree black belt in Kyokushin, a first degree black belt in Taekwondo and a first degree black belt in Isshinryu karate. Karen has been teaching martial arts for nearly 20 years and is a modern arnis instructor at Norwood Park Martial Arts. Karen can be contacted at karen@norwoodparkma.com.

Frank Naber

Frank Naber is a second degree black belt in karate. He has been a martial arts instructor specializing in kickboxing, MMA and self-defense for 14 years. He has trained with a national championship fighter in kickboxing and winners of local MMA fights. He has also managed numerous self-defense seminars. Tom Russell

Tom Russell is a first degree black belt in karate. He has taught martial arts for 15 years and has trained a national championship fighter in kickboxing and winners of local MMA fights. He has also been a leader of many weapons demo teams including those at the Battle of the Masters and Chuck Norris’s Kick Drugs out of America. Kieran Dempsey

Kieran Dempsey is a first degree black belt in karate and a third degree brown belt in modern arnis. He has been training and teaching traditional martial arts for over 5 years. Maire Dempsey

Maire Dempsey is a first degree black belt in karate and third degree brown belt in modern arnis. She has been training and teaching martial arts for 3 years. She is a specialist in women’s self-defense and runs the Fight Like A Girl program at Norwood Park Martial Arts. Maire is a karate and modern arnis instructor at Norwood Park Martial Arts.
